  • Yes. All content (copy + images) must be ready to go by the start of your project. If your content is not ready, that may result in a delay in your start date and may require a restart fee.

The only exception is if you are booking a Signature Brand Suite Package - in which case, I will provide the copy.

  • A 50% deposit is required upon booking your project. The remaining balance will be due when all items are completed or on the last day of the project - whichever comes first.

  • No. All deposits are non-refundable and are required to secure your place in my studio. I book projects several months ahead of time, and scheduling ensures that I give all of my clients the proper amount of time that a project deserves. As a result, I turn away clients for your reserved time slot. If you back out of the project, you may leave an empty spot that could have been given to another project. The deposits ensure that clients are serious about moving forward with the project.

  • If for some reason you are still not happy after two rounds of revisions, we will continue the revision process at my current hourly rate.

We go through an in-depth questionnaire and briefing process before the project to make sure we are on the same page, so 99% of the time 2 rounds of revisions are more than enough!

  • Maybe. Each design process has been built around a specific timeline to ensure that there is enough time for drafting, design and revisions. However, I know there are some circumstances where your project may be able to be turned around quicker possible. If you need a rush project, please let me know well in advance so I can create a custom quote based on your requirements and a rush fee may be added depending on the deadline and complexity of the project.

  • I usually book about four weeks in advance, so I would recommend getting in touch with me as soon as you start thinking you need a designer and well before your launch date.

Squarespace plays the role of your friendly host, providing the space and tools needed for your site to be visible and thrive online. You'll need to choose a plan (e.g. Business Plan) to get started. If you're interested in additional features (see the Squarespace Hosting Offers). But we’ll chat about that before your website goes live to make sure you have the best plan for you.

  • To host your website, you'll need to get a Squarespace hosting plan (I always suggest the Business Plan), which you'll purchase separately. We'll handle this step when you're ready to launch your site.

For your domain, you'll need to buy your own domain name and grant me access to the account and build your website. If you choose not to or didn't purchase your domain through Squarespace. I recommend GoDaddy as an reliable, affordable alternative that also integrates well with Squarespace.

  • In the traditional web design process, wireframes are often used, but in Squarespace and within my process, they're not necessary, which is part of why I LOVE Squarespace. Instead, we dive straight into in-platform design with the full-page content. This approach provides you with a comprehensive view and feel of the site, complete with working buttons, images, and a responsive layout, rather than a static wireframe.

  • Although Squarespace is versatile and dynamic, it may not always be the perfect match for your requirements. Specifically, Squarespace isn't ideally suited for:

→ Extremely large or complex ecommerce setups (In such cases, I suggest Shopify)

→ Advanced inventory management software or point-of-sale systems

→ Afterpay integration—this feature is in development, but may not be available in all regions yet.
